DOGS OF WAR
In the early 1960's, after the
Bay of Pigs fiasco and just prior to the Vietnam War, an uprising is taking
place in Africa. A small, international unit of mercenary soldiers is privately
hired by British mining interests and sent to secretly invade the small
African Republic of Zangaro, and lead a military coup to overthrow the
government. The Republic of Zangaro is a small nation but is rich in platinum
deposits and is ruled by the brutal dictator, President Kimba.
This small band of mercenaries
must depose President Kimba and replace him with the imprisoned dissident
leader, Dr. Okoye.
